The lights turned back on, the floodwaters receded, and many people whose lives were disrupted by Hurricane Sandy were eventually able to return to normalcy.

Not all were so lucky. As we approach the storm̢۪s one-year anniversary, The Times would like to tell the stories of those still recovering. Have you struggled financially after property damage?
