As my colleague Juliet Macur reports, on Wednesday the United States Anti-Doping Agency sent the governing body of world cycling more than 1000 pages of evidence to support its finding that Lance Armstrong won seven Tour de France titles thanks to “the most sophisticated, professionalized and successful doping program that sport has ever seen.â€
The agency also made public a 202-page report summarizing its doping file on Mr. Armstrong, who denies ever using performance-enhancing drugs or blood-doping.
